The beginning of a new year always allows me to dig into the back catalog, as the mail slows to a trickle at work and there's not a lot of bands to interview. (Well, at least not until January has a couple of weeks under its belt.) This week I've been going through my ITunes and clicking on stuff that has nothing marked off in the play count column. One of these selections was the posthumous Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros album Streetcore. "Get Down Moses" was in my head the rest of the day after I listened to it, and then this morning WFUV spun it.
Damn, how do they know me so well?
